No A/C available in the room. Several guests had to settle for a portable fan. The ice machine, water fountain and lobby computer for guests were out of order. I want some type of compensation!! Never staying there again.

They should be shut down for trying to sell rooms with black mold on the bed and for having staff that is intoxicated dealing with the public.
