Spacious harbourside apartment with amazing views

This property is a fully furnished apartment with super king bed and 2 king singles. Enjoy a BBQ in your private courtyard. Sit at the macrocarpa leaner and enjoy a platter and drinks overlooking the harbour. The area is generally very peaceful with lots of interesting boating going past The property has its own car park. A fantastic restaurant - Top Sail, is 2 minutes walk away bookings essential. Kick back and soak up the views and atmosphere..Great for walking/biking/kayaking. Many golf courses an easy drive away.
Air conditioning/Heat Pump, fridge/freezer,small kitchenette, Nespresso, washer/drier, dishwasher, TV with Sky Sport, and DVD, TV in main bedroom which can be tuned to a different channel, electric blankets, reading lights, heated towel rail and large shower. 10 minutes to Whangarei Central, bus stop just up the road, close to airport. Onerahi shopping centre is a few minutes drive and hosts a supermarket, takeaways, chemist, hairdressers, bookshop and dairy. Flames Restaurant, Bar & Event Centre is just over 2km away.
This is a fantastic base to see Northland, or to work from short term.
Weekly rates are available on application.
There is much to do in Whangarei including gardens, galleries, walks, fishing, golfing, beach hopping, swimming and relaxing.

Quality linen and towels are all included. Upon checkout it is expected that the rubbish is distributed to the outside bins and that the apartment is left clean and tidy.

Wet Weekend

Everything was fine except for the mattress which was a bit hard- could do with a topper. Very clean and comfortable. The picture shown in the advert shows the view from the top apartment so the description needs to show images of the top view and the view from the lower apart which is what we got....thinking we were applying for the top apartment view with balcony. As it was the weather was atrocious so it didn't really matter in the end.

A perfect property for a 7-night stay. Tastefully decorated and extremely well provisioned. Our host was in contact with us several times to ensure we had everything we needed - much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

The view was exactly as advertised. Sunset was great and there was always something going on at the wharf (pier) to keep you entertained. The unit is nice sized and has all the amenities, even an air fryer! The road is a bit tricky and narrow but there is little traffic. You will have to drive to almost everything. There is a yacht club restaurant nearby, but you need reservations. You do get a bit of noise from the upstairs guests but it's not too bad. It's a good base for checking out all the attractions in the area.

Superb location

I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. It was super quiet, immaculate, with stunning views across the harbour. Just 10 minutes from the town centre it was the perfect base for our visit to Whangārei.

Leanne had a vacancy so kindly upgraded us to the upstairs part of the house. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and we had an absolutely lovely stay at the house.

This holiday was great. It was only a 4 day holiday / getaway for us - family of 4, but the batch house was all that we needed. We stayed in Onerahi, so more a fishing spot rather than clean swimming beaches, so fishermen / surfers would enjoy it being on the port side of Whangarei. But Onerahi shop's weren't far way - 5 min drive, & main Whangarei within 20 min's. Easy driving to shop's or attraction's thru Whangarei, but also the host was very accomodating in informing us of nearby attraction's. A Great stay Thank you Kelvin, Barbara & family

Lovely property with beautiful views across Whangarei harbour, sitting in the courtyard with a glass of wine looking at the scenery and the people on the nearby pier was a highlight of our stay.
