We were sadly there as dad was in palliative care..We had flown in from canada, with broken leg, they let us check in early and were very kind. Room was great for accessibility but it did smell a bit musty/damp - but then had wet room so maybe that is why. »

« Cet hôtel est présenté comme accessible aux personnes en fauteuil roulant. C'est vrai pour l'accueil mais pas pour la chambre: il y a une marche surmontée d'un seuil extrêmement difficile à passer, d'autant que l'entrée est très étroite. Il faut que l'accompagnant porte la personne avec son fauteuil en deux étapes. La chambre est trop petite pour que le fauteuil entre (un petit fauteuil mécanique). J'ai dû déménager l'armoire entre les deux lits pour que mon mari puisse entrer. Il n'y a aucune...

"Nous sommes un peu déçus… l’hôtel est en fait attenant au manoir et non dans le manoir. Nos chambres n’étaient pas très propres (draps salis, rideaux déchirés, trace de nourriture présente sur la moquette) mais spacieux (les enfants avaient leur propre chambre attenante). La piscine est un peu vieillotte. Le personnel est discret, poli mais un peu trop détaché des besoins des clients."
