"The rooms were clean but there was no housekeeping available during the three nights of our stay. We had to ask for more milk and tea which was not a problem. No breakfast was available, but dinner was. This was of good quality for the price. The rooms are slightly tired, but probably suffering from lack of use during Covid restrictions. Very few staff on site, but those that were, very helpful and pleasant. The situation of the hotel was lovely and quiet and very handy for Bath and...

The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. We were sadly there as dad was in palliative care..We had flown in from canada, with broken leg, they let us check in early and were very kind. Room was great for accessibility but it did smell a bit musty/damp - but then had wet room so maybe that is why.

Great chinwags with host David, a kind fellow. A very generous breakfast cooked to our liking. Great location, within walking distance to High Street, the Abbey, Chalice well and the Tor. Nice extras were a bathrobe and instant coffee/tea in the room. Thanks for your recommendations for local restaurants. Very pleasant stay.
