"This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated."

"First, the staff was great.
However, the property location felt unsafe and the room I checked into had multiple holes in the bathroom door, the tiles on the floor were damages, and it smelled like smoke.
I spent a total of 1 minute in the room before going right back down to the office to check out and get my money back."
