It’s honestly such a pleasure coming back every year. The area is lovely and the beach is never crowded (plus there’s easy access to a lifeguarded beach just steps away). You can hear the waves from the house, there’s always a nice breeze, lots of beach chairs available, plus a small pool that feels amazing after a day at the beach. The price was extremely reasonable. The view was spectacular and we were able to see sunrises easily. The beds were comfortable and all of the utilities and major appliances worked well. There were 3 Mr. Coffee machines and one Keurig and only one Mr. Coffee worked. This minor issue was only slightly disappointing as the coffee drinkers had brought specific Keurig pods to drink and were unable to use them. ##### Danielle P. Our two sons of 1.5 years old and 4 years old were able to experience the ocean for the first time. The direct access to the beach was perfect. We loved how clean everything was, and was also surprised to not see a single spider/web on any of the outside decks/docks.. no complaints! This could not be delivered better. Opening the door to the terrace of the master bedroom every morning, facing the ocean directly, was the best. The house was well equipped for a stress free week. We never left the house. We shopped on the way to the house as it is a 20 minute drive to the grocery store. The bedroom are well distributed and give good privacy and separation between kids , grandmas and parents. Matt the property manager was very responsive with any questions and any issues were resolved quickly .
