Loved the rooftop patio and the kitchen available. It was so nice to cook a meal ourselves as we were away for 3 weeks. It was also great to be able to take leftovers home from restaurants!

Straight up the BEST hotel we’ve stayed at with an absolutely unreal view. If you’re coming to Switzerland, seriously just come straight here and get a suite. We’ve travelled around the world and I promise you it doesn’t get much better than this. There are too many things we love about this hotel to list. We can’t wait to come back!

Across from the train station, super convenient. Room is small, but well planned and very clean. We stay in a triple room, but have enough space for each of us. Please note, the mini bar is not a fridge, more like a super small food storage shelf.

Staying here was one of our best experiences in Switzerland. Ouchy is a quiet, cultural, historic hub and staying in the Chateau is the perfect place to enjoy it. Lake views and a beautiful peaceful property plus helpful staff made this a wonderful visit. Would definitely stay again… this time for longer!

Fantastic location on the lake and very friendly service. Great stay in August started with a very friendly reception and news that our room was ready when we arrived from Vancouver at noon. I don't have to tell you how welcome that is after the long overnight flight from the west coast. Not a lake view room, but very quiet over the back. Ate breakfast, lunch and dinner over the 3 days and loved all the meals. Great to be on the street watching the people go by. Very charming, classy with lots...
