« Checkin person was super not helpful and not happy to be at her job. But the check out person blew me away with the help and just put a smile on my family's face. There under construction outside and pool so that was a little inconvenient. »

Room key didn’t work and indoor pool was frigid. Small hot tub was good temp. Breakfast had plenty of choices and overall cleanliness was good. Our bed was comfortable but the shower had no hooks or towel racks. We didn’t appreciate the 9:00 knock on door from young cleaning staff asking us how long we were going to be there. (Check out =11:00). »
