"There were used band aids in the shower and feces smeared on the seat in the bathroom. However the room was spacious and the jetted tub worked and it was fun to sit in after gambling. The slots in the casino were loose and hit on some decent wins."

"AC worked well. Mattress was hard, elevator does not work, hallway and room had slight unpleasant odor. There was no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker. Did not try their restaurant so I can't comment on the food."

"Where do I start? 1. I paid for the hotel room ahead of time, and when I got there, I was informed of an addition $23 charge for “fees”. This was underhanded and sneaky. 2. There is no fridge or even a coffee machine in your room, so you have to literally buy everything. Most hotel rooms come with a coffee machine at the least. 3. The place is disgusting and run down. The carpet is literally duct taped down, the only light in the room is a table lamp, the light switches are from the 1970’s and dodgy. 4. The first room we were given flooded when you flushed the toilet. I went down to the main desk to request a different room. The staff BEGRUDGINGLY gave me a different room. The second room I got, none of the plugs worked so I could not recharge my phone at all. 5. Do not stay at this place! They will charge you for hidden things and not give you the basic services!"

"The Best Western Plus in Wendover was very clean and had a nice lounge area in addition to wonderful hot breakfast. It even had a latte/ cappuccino machine which I enjoyed! Nice grassy area for our dog which is very important. "
