The television did not work, when I called the front desk was told, sorry, there is nothing we can do about that. The hotel manager was not available. finally talked to "Lilly" on Monday (we stayed the Thursday night prior). When we voiced our complaint she told me very rudely that I have no right to tell her how to run her hotel and if I didn't like it, don't stay there. WE WILL NOT!!

The only complaint I could say is that I booked 2 queen beds and the beds we got were certainly not queens they were more like a full. Other than that everything else was great

Once in our room the tv was unplugged and not working, called the front desk and they came and looked at it, they upgraded us to another room, which was awesome, but the tv in that room only had one channel and the remote wouldnt work. Room was clean but very outdated with lots of ware and tear. The toilet wasnt working properly and we couldnt get anyone to come fix it, pool was freezeing and dirty, with dead bugs in the water. We had a problem with the room key working and there is a parking lot light that shines so bright through the window at night and the curtains aren't able to shut to block it. Breakfast was good but overall would not stay here again.

The daytime staff was excellent! The food was good at breakfast. The evening time lady that was there one night, was super rude. Rolled her eyes a lot at customers, and wasn’t customer service friendly at all, she would be the only reason I don’t return. Everyone else went above and beyond to make our stay good. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet.
