The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, pool, extensive, resort-style outside living/dining areas. Historic neighborhood close to Downtown and Flamingo Park. Newly renovated and freshly refurbished. Light, fresh and clean feel throughout. Flat TV's in living room and all bedrooms. It's located 5 minutes driving to Downtown West Palm Beach, the hip Warehouse District, Norton Museum of Art, Palm Beach County Convention center, Kravis Center, Dixie Hwy Dining Corridor, Brightline and Tri-Rail trains; 10 minutes to the beaches on Palm Beach Island, and the PBI International airport. Good to Know Before You Book: Pet Policy: This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). The property was clean and comfortable! The backyard pool area was beautiful! The house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do! The twin bedroom could have used a dresser or wider table between the beds but we made do. Extra bath towels and kitchen towels would have been useful. And instructions on garbage pick up should be listed.We had a wonderful experience and would definitely book that place again if we came back to Palm Beach. ##### Patricia W.
