Lisa and John were delightful hosts and made certain we were comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. We plan to return!

Fall break in Cape Cod
John and Lisa August were wonderful hosts. It is centrally located on the Cape so that we were a short ride to the other towns. The accommodation was wonderful in a newly renovated room. Extremely comfortable bed with a very spacious dresser and closet for our clothes. We had a small fridge and microwave, coffee maker and multiple charging units to charge our phones/ iPad /kindles etc. Daily snacks in the bowl always available. Complete breakfast every morning that filled our tummies until an early dinner in town at wonderful restaurants. The grounds were nicely kept despite the construction area for a new pool. It is a very relaxing area for afternoon reading after touring in the morning and afternoon. The bathroom is nicely decorated with a lovely shower. We decided to stay in the location for 4 days rather than moving from Provincetown to Sandwich. 10 minute walk to the beach and Oct was a wonderful time to visit the area after the tourists went home. You will be pleasantly surprised how lovely this facility is .

I have to say I have never stayed at a B&B, but this one was amazing. John and Lisa have a wonderful place. Our room was very clean probably and they think of everything you might need. Breakfast was very tasty and they accommodate people with allergies. Thank you for making our first B&B experience so wonderful.

Our stray at the Tern Inn was very peaceful.The room and Inn very clean and beautiful decor throughout the entire Inn and grounds. The hospitality was outstanding. The breakfast in the morning was homemade and delicious.If you are looking for a nice quiet and beautiful Inn to stay this is for you!

Lovely place. Owners very friendly and informative. We needed to leave early on day of our departure . they were very accommodating with us to give us something for breakfast to go for the next day Would definitely visit again.

We had a great stay at this place. Very clean room/property, the grounds were very well done, tasteful. Overall being at a fancy home with great hosts, great breakfast. Definitely would stay at this place many times. This was a very memorable experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! Lisa and John were extremely friendly and accommodating. They didn’t leave out a single detail in our room, the common areas and the entire property. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect four-day weekend!
Perfect three-night stay. I told both owners the stay could not have been better. Food, room, parking, grounds, bedding, bathroom, we could not find any significant things to improve. Stay here!

The Tern Inn was lovely! The property is beautiful and so well cared for. We stayed in the main house, the oldest part of the inn, in a room that was large and had all the amenities you could want ( including a basket of snacks and 2 plastic water bottles). The inn was clean and spotless throughout. There were bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas available, and the beach was a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious, mostly continental but with a freshly cooked option every morning. John and Lisa, the innkeepers, were so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.

We were here to help cousins celebrate their 50th anniversary. John & Lisa were the perfect hosts. Rooms were lovely and breakfasts delicious. Quaint well kept grounds with seating areas & hammocks. Look forward for a reason to return.

The cottages and buildings were spaced to allow privacy yet close enough to see and ommuncate with other guests. The breakfasts were fine with a different hot dis offered daily and served by the owners. The rooms were well appointed and decorated in apprpriate amenities for a beach setting. There were ample beach chairs, umbrellas and carts available fpr beech goers. The location is great for thoes wishing to make day trips to other Cape locations and a ferry to Nantucket is 10 minutes from thee Tern Inn. This was the best B and B we've ever stayed and that numbers over 30 and five of them were on Cape Cod. We'll be back many times.

The owners are very friendly working hard on trying to accommodate guests needs . The place makes you feel kind of like you are visiting relatives yet have enough privacy.
