  • LISTING SPACE, ACCESS & INTERACTION

    This fully self-contained apartment suite includes:

    - Two Bedrooms: Each bedroom features a Queen bed and Chest of Drawers. Additional Aerobed on request (charges may apply).
    - Desk and Desk Chair.
    - Living room: Beige leather sofa set.
    - Kitchen/Diner: Equipped with all main essentials, including a stove, oven, blender, toaster, and premium basics (salt, pepper, oil, sugar). 4-seater dining table.
    - Cooling: Modern window A/C units in the bedrooms together with fans in the living room cool the entire suite for your comfort.
    - Porch & Garden: Relax on the shared covered porch with deck chairs, picnic tables, and a BBQ. The lush garden includes fruit trees and vibrant local flora.
    ONGOING UPDATES: We are currently refurnishing Suite 3, so some items in the photos may be replaced or updated before your stay.

    Access is by KEYPAD ENTRY. Once pre-check-in requirements are completed, the door code will be sent to you prior to arrival.

    We are available by phone and email, with local agents on hand for in-person assistance if needed.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    - 1-Night Stays: 1-Night stays incur a 20% surcharge, payable at least 1 day prior to check-in.
    - Occupancy & Extra Beds: The standard rate covers 4 guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests (including infants). For groups exceeding 4 guests, an additional fee applies, which includes the setup of the third bed. If your group is 4 or less but you would like to use/setup the extra bed, this can also be arranged (additional fee applies). Simply book your request via your Guest Portal.
    - Same-Day Bookings: Check-in may be delayed past 4pm, or up to 3 hours after your booking if made after 4pm, depending on housekeeping.
    - Monthly Stays: Starter amenities, biweekly housekeeping, and steep discounts available for stays of 28+ nights (contract required).
    - We reserve the right to relocate guests to comparable or upgraded accommodation at no additional cost if the booked unit becomes unavailable for operational reasons.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT

    - Stays 1–4 Nights: USD 350. This is placed as a pre-authorised hold on your payment card. It will be released within 7 days post-checkout.
    - Stays 5+ Nights: USD 350. This is charged to your payment card. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days post-checkout.
    - Monthly Stays (28+ Nights): USD 900. This is charged to your payment card. Refunds will be processed within 30 days post-checkout.


    ONLINE CHECK-IN FORM

    You will be required to complete an online check-in form where, for safety and security reasons, you must upload a Government Photo ID and verify key reservation details (e.g., whether you plan to bring pets).🚪 Self Check-In: There is no on-site office or reception. The property is set up for self check-in via door code.

    TERMS

    Our detailed Terms will be sent to you upon confirming your booking. We always give a 1-hour grace period for cancelling your booking for free from our end should you wish to do so.

Location, spacious kitchen, wonderful host

Loved our stay at Blue Pavilion. Within walking distance to Alfresco Restaurant, Cemetery Beach, Foster’s grocery store. Highlights were: the clean, comfy beds; coffee, filters and coffeemaker (and kitchen stocked with essentials for cooking including basic spices); outdoor seating; friendly, easy-to-reach host; QE2 Botanic Park; easy access to public buses; access to tours and taxis with help of the host.

Amazing stay at Blue Pavilion

We stayed in Suite 2 at Blue Pavilion at it was amazing. We had a really good stay with a brilliantly equipment property to stay in. The property is less than a 5min walk from a lovely beach and situated only a walk away from local amenities. Tricia was really good as well - the level of detail provided was stunning helping so much with general island etiquette to suggested activities and car hire. Really made it an easy and peaceful stay. The location on the island was just far enough away that you could visit the busy and popular SMB however gave you that privacy and opportunity to step away from it all as necessary. Would thoroughly recommend Tricia and any of the properties at blue pavilion you are so close to everything but it's quiet and peaceful. Thanks for a great stay Weaver Family

Great stay at Blue Pavilion - will be back

Conveniently located off the tourist area (exactly what we were looking for, not fans of hotels etc.) with 5 mins walk to West Bay beach and 15 mins to Cemetery beach (we mostly went to Cemetery because it's calmer although kids enjoyed some good waves on West Bay too). Fosters (big supermarket) is 10 mins walk, Heritage Kitchen (truly the BEST food among all places we tried) is just 5 mins walk next to the beach. Was about 20-25 mins drive from the airport and 10 mins or so to Captain Marvin's or Georgetown (and no, other side of the road and roundabouts were not all that scary for the driver who never did it before :) ). The property is very quiet and big enough with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room (it was 4 of us, but could easily accommodate 6).Tricia (the host) is very nice, very responsive, and provided lots of recommendations on what to do (and thumbs up from us for feeding and caring for stray cats!). Plenty of towels (regular and beach), basic stuff like salt/sugar/oil/etc. and shampoo/soap were truly appreciated. And we LOVED the fact there was a tea pot (probably the first time I see one in the rented property and as vivid tea drinkers we really appreciated this :D ). I have to say I was impressed with how much kitchenware they have (nice quality dishes, bowls, glasses, etc.) : def not common in rentals.We all enjoyed our stay, highly recommend, and plan on renting again when we will be coming back to Grand Cayman. :) Thank you, Tricia!

Amazing location - beach and cafes in walking distance!

Tricia and the team at Blue Pavilion are the best! The unit was as described and in the West Bay neighbor which is quiet and residential - but still only a minute walk to the beach and several local cafes. Tricia was a great communicator and quick to help if we had any questions. We loved it!

Very nice apartment

We've rented a lot of VRBO's and this one was one of the best we have stayed at. The kitchen was marvelous! Every possible item available pots and pans, knives, tons of glassware, more than what usually 3-5 units have. Stainless steel counter tops and shelves. Full sized refrigerator and stove. Only thing that wasn't there when we arrived was the blender and it was on our front door within an hour of mentioning it. It was also nice that there were larger quantities of shampoo and conditioner, bath shower wash, and suntan lotions available. The motion furniture was very comfortable as was the front porch where there was chairs and tables there. Short walk to the beach, (2 blocks)but we chose to enjoy Cemetary Beach and drove to it. No sidewalks and narrow roads but we understood there is a bus and it could have been walked. Grocery store about 2 more blocks away (from the beach) and convenience store and variety store within a block. We loved our stay, we wished it was longer! Next time it will be.

Property was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Had everything we needed. The air mattress is new and was comfortable for an adult. Plenty of towels, very nice beach chairs, and plenty of toiletries. A snorkeling beach right at the end of the street. Thank you for a nice stay!

Great place in West Bay

This was our first VRBO experience and we were a bit scared. Tricia was excellent with answering our questions and even touched base to see how things went during our stay. We had a question during our visit and she was quick to get back to us. I would definitely rent here again. There are several buses that make transportation a breeze and a corner market super close. I recommend getting a bag of ice to keep in the freezer. We had our water bottles that we'd fill before heading out for the day. Even though this isn't in the tourist area we had several things within walking distance such as a store and 3 beaches. It was nice to have beach towels and beach chairs provided. We took them when we walked to cemetery beach and spent the day there. The kitchen was adequate for when we made breakfast and lunch. If you need spices other than salt and pepper be prepared to bring or purchase them. It was nice to come home from a long day out and veg out in front of the tv. The only thing I wished we had was a phone to make local calls for a taxi or reservations for excursions. The corner market was kind enough to call a taxi. I think the communication Tricia gave us was great and easy for us to use the locks, tv e.t.c.
