The owner had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed! The place is walking distance to the beach, and the house was very clean and well appointed! Close to cemetery beach, the grocery store and West Bay attractions and restaurants. With a rental car we were also only 15 minutes away from Camana Bay or Seven mile beach. The condo was clean and quite well equipped for our needs. The owner was helpful and responsive. The cat on the grounds, Puma, was adorable and loved attention. We had a relaxing stay and recommend this property to others. It could benefit from some new sheets as the ones we used were getting worn, and the coffee maker wasn’t working well but everything else was good. ##### Cordell N. The walk to the north part of SMB was very short and easy. My mom, kids and I enjoyed walking all along the beach and enjoyed its easy access to snorkeling, like for instance, Cemetery Beach. The villa was very quiet (except for my kids occasionally, haha, but they crashed by 9:00p.m. from all of the fun!) and a very comfortable space. Cooking was easy with a grocery store not too far down the road. We rented a car so that we could explore the island. If we needed anything Tricia was quick to respond and very kind!
