9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,092 reviews)
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Room clean and modern, but did not have enough lighting - was rather dark.
Breakfast was good - but restaurant was disappointing, as it offered little choice for evening meal. No Portuguese specialities, as advertised! The attached cafe with lighter breakfasts was very good.
Location very good.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,004 reviews)
The staff was very kind but for two days we had a terrible time getting housekeeping to clean our suite! We called and had confirmation multiple times throughout the day they would come- never came. Even had to go to the front desk at 11p to beg to just get clean towels- that still took forever. Very big disappointment. Also there was a creepy hole in the floor by the tv.
