Mardorf am Steinhuder Meer - A true oasis of relaxation!  
  
The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and offers u. a. a modern brand kitchen (Nobilia), a bathroom with walk-in shower, new floors and a new living room and bedroom furniture.  
  
This comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment has almost 50 m² of living space spread over 2.5 rooms. The entire living area tiles and laminate are designed.  
  
The apartment is ideal for two to three adults but also for a family up to two children.  
Fair guests and mechanics are also welcome.  
  
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed 140X200 cm and in the living / dining area is a comfortable fold-out couch (120X200 cm) as a bedding available.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, stove and oven and dishwasher) and the bathroom with walk-in shower and towel radiator and the small dressing room and the hallway with wardrobe in country style, leave nothing to be desired.  
  
Comforters, pillows for 4 people and bed linen and towels are included. If you would like to change your bed linen or towels during your stay, please bring your own as well as your towels for the beach and for swimming.  
  
Also to highlight is the large terrace with great views of the green surroundings and for children is a swing and a small trampoline on the spacious lawn ready.  
  
Final cleaning: 30 € - please in cash on arrival mitbingen  
  
We ask for your understanding that smoking in the apartment is not allowed.  
  
The apartment is located in the district Mardorf directly on the Steinhuder Meer.  
Just 5 minutes walk and you are at the water and at the rustic restaurant \`Alte Moorhütte\`, unique because the trunk of an oak tree grows right through the dining room.  
The beach is about 10-15 minutes walk away.  
  
Location:  
From the Stone Age to the Middle Ages until today, the land in and around Neustadt was inhabited by people. The city "Neustadt am Rübenberge" is mentioned for the first time in an official document in 1215, in which it was called "civitatem nostram novam" and thus in the translation "our new city" Neustadt a. Rbge. (this is the "Neustädter Land" with its permanent fascinating transition from forest and moor, heath and march, hills and fields.  
For more than 50 km the leash meanders through the Neustädter Land. Extensive forests and large marshes give this city and its citizens a lot of space for rest and relaxation.  
  
A rich cultural offer - theater, concerts, art exhibitions, cinema - and almost the entire range of sporting activities - from squash and tennis to horseback riding and golfing to sailing and surfing - Neustadt a. Rbge. a high recreational value.  
  
For shopping in the pedestrian zone, the small shops in the lovingly restored half-timbered houses in the pedestrian zone invite.

Es ist eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung - insbesondere die Küche sticht bei der Ausstattung heraus. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kontakt zu der Nachbarin war, als Vertreterin der Vermieterin Vorort, ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Steinhuder Meer ist zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die nächsten Orte (Mardorf oder Steinhude sind mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Auch wenn wir nur zu einem Kurztrip dort waren, haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Super schöne, gemütliche, ruhige Ferienwohnung. Es war alles nötige vorhanden. Auch der Aussenbereich hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Vermieterin haben wir im Vorfeld noch Fragen gestellt. Selbst vor Ort war sie beim Check In allerdings nicht. Fragen zur z.B. Abfallentsorgung haben wir durch die Nachbarin in Erfahrung gebracht. Auch wie es mit dem Check Out abläuft, wussten wir nicht. Sehr gut ausgestattete, gepflegte und schöne Wohnung, umgeben von Natur, ganz nahe am Steinhuder Meer. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

#### Schöne Landschaft 

Wir waren nur kurz dort, aber wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Wer etwas ländlich gelegen und quasi im Wald Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Super für Wanderung und Spaziergang. Mit Hund ein echtes Erlebnis. Der Check in durch die Nachbarin war sehr einfach.Die Küche war gut eingerichtet, es war soweit alles da was man braucht. In der Dusche hätte ich mir einen Haltegriff gewünscht oder eine Badematte,da es doch sehr rutschig ist. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt.

Kleinere, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mitten im Wald. Ideal mit Hund und für Ruhesuchende. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Wir bedanken uns für ein paar entspannte Tage.
