Was a little noisy being right on the street. A couple sinks were clogged so they didn’t drain well and the fire place had a lot of black build up so you couldn’t see the actual fire . The kitchen was great!! Our only complaints was the very small kitchen sink for that large of a kitchen. It has everything in the kitchen you could need, but the drawers and cabinets all need to be cleaned. Some of the bowls and cookie sheets were dirty. Very stocked. The house was amazing and we loved the location. The only issue we had was the hvc units did not like to work and were a bit of a frustration. Bigger than the pictures. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable for everyone. The adults had a blast and enjoyed their own rooms with private bathrooms. The kids loved their bunks. The location is conveniently close to town and provided us with an amazing view of the mountains. The house was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for: a hot tub, comfortable beds, immaculate sheets, and an outdoor BBQ to grill for dinner. We have stayed in many other places in Leavenworth but none of them compared to Franz Lodge. Highly recommend! ##### Drew T. We loved the overall space, room for all to enjoy different activities yet be together. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms super comfortable. So nice to be able to bring our furry family members too!
