There is a fenced river within the garden.. The Bungalow is positioned within an award-winning caravan park and is surrounded by 55 acres of beautiful grounds. This charming riverside home offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience. With a stretch of private river, this location provides a serene and relaxed environment ideal for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The Bungalow features three spacious double bedrooms on the ground floor, a large family bathroom, a separate, spacious kitchen, a dining room, a large living room, and a large conservatory for added seating and an area to enjoy the morning sun.  
  
Additionally, there is a bonus shower room and a versatile games/reading room located up the spiral stairs on the first floor. The outdoor space is equally impressive, boasting a large lawn area with scenic river views and a patio perfect for al fresco dining during the warmer months.  
  
The park itself offers plenty of amenities. Nature enthusiasts can enjoy a beautiful, wooded walking trail along the river, or there’s a nature reserve. They can also choose freshwater river fishing opportunities. For those who prefer fishing pools, the park features a well-stocked pool with award-winning carp, that has been recently replenished. Stay active with the well-equipped fitness suite or engage in a game of badminton outside. Children will love the dedicated play area.  
  
Situated in the heart of Mid Wales the location is ideal for exploring the region. The historic market town of Welshpool is only a ten-minute drive away, offering a range of shops, dining options, and family attractions. Visit the National Trust’s Powis Castle with its renowned gardens, ride the Welshpool and Llanfair light railway, or enjoy the facilities at Glansevern Estate.  
  
Golf enthusiasts can choose from three local courses, and there are several reservoirs, horse riding schools, canal boats, and trails within easy reach.
