This hotel is set in an historic house with extensive views from the forecourt over lush countryside. The owners were particularly helpful in providing additional facilities for our use in light of the restrictions that affected our ability to mix with other guests. The bedroom was comfortably furnished with all the required facilities. The breakfast choice was extensive.

Nice enough
Lovely location with far reaching views. Unfortunately the drive up to the property is a pot hole ridden semi tarmac road and at the top is a manual gate where you have to dice with death over a cattle grip to open it, then close it behind you.
The room itself was clean but smelt heavily of bleach which lasted the duration of my stay.
Bed was comfortable enough but could’ve done with an extra pillow( personal preference really)
En suite was fine although could do with a backer to put your shower gel etc in while having a shower.
Breakfast was lovely.
