In the well-equipped kitchen you'll find everything you need to cook any meal with ease. Adding ambient light and warmth, the wood burning stove in the sitting room adds a touch of romance. Hunker down on chillier evenings and allow yourself to completely relax in front of a film on the television. Giving the the whole ground floor a bright and airy feel, dual aspect french doors lead out to the fully enclosed rear garden. On sunnier days open up the doors and let the fresh coastal air drift in.

Upstairs on the first floor, two bedrooms are beautifully presented, decorated in a muted colour palette. A double bed is presented in the master bedroom, which also benefits from en-suite shower facilities. The Holly properties are ideally situated on the edge of the Buttlands, just one minutes walk from Staithe Street which bustles with independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
