Hi, Thank you for your review, I apologise for the inconvenience of our heating unfortunately playing up on the weekend you stayed with us. We had hoped the fan heater we gave alleviated the problems caused by the lack of heating working in the pub and rooms. We have since managed to get the heating working, and I hope it hasn't fully deterred you from staying with us again. Again, please accept our apologies as this is not the usual for our accommodation. Many thanksBeth GM

Hi Ruth. Please except our sincerest apologies on such a late response. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry that there were issues with the heating. Thankfully the portable heater did the job. We have taken your feedback on board and are looking at ways to make the sockets more accessible with the current layouts of the room.

Thank you for your review, I apologise the original room we checked you in unfortunately had an issue with the bathroom window, and wasn't as warm as expected so we provided you with a fan heater which I had hoped would have kept you warm. We made other arrangements to move you to another room more suitable and thought this had resolved the issues you had already faced. I have spoken to the staff about handling such situations like this and I assure you that this won't happen againI have maintenance in to repair the broken window as mentioned, and other cosmetic works required within the rooms, and I hope this doesn't deter you from staying with us again.
