Enjoy all the comforts of home in this private and quiet community just 1 mile from the ocean! Super clean and meticulously cared for. This year-round unit is the entire 1st floor above the garage with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, recently renovated bathroom with full size walk in shower, and a spacious deck. Condo is fully furnished with all of the comforts of home including central air, heat, NEW king mattress (spring 2025), washer/dryer, oversized garage, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Linens, beach chairs, and a beach cart are provided for your convenience. Guests are responsible for beach towels. Guests will have access to outdoor heated salt water pool, clubhouse with game room and fitness room all with a card swipe left on the kitchen counter. Two adult bikes available in the garage for use. Excellent location! Walking distance to several restaurants. Close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. L’appartement est très propre et bien localisé. Le supermarché est situé juste en face, ce qui est très pratique quand on veut manger à la maison. Nous avons accès a du matériel de plage, chaises et chariot de plage, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié pour profiter de nos journées à la plage. Nice workout room and pool in the complex. Beach is just down the street but it’s probably a little over a mile and there isn’t a sidewalk for part of it. Cozy but not too small, and having the cable TV option was great to keep the kids entertained while we packed up for the beach! This condo is in great location, quiet, and private. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cookware, making it easy for us to prepare meals. Beds were reasonably comfortable, but the king mattress in the master bedroom may need to be replaced before too long as the support is best in the middle. Overall, we would highly recommend Chuck and Amy’s condo. ##### Miriam A. Owners were responsive to a small issue at check-in that was easily resolved. Walking distance to Congdon’s and food trucks is a plus, and easy access to Wells Beach.
