Nestled amidst mature woodland, this delightful retreat offers a serene and picturesque setting. Just a 5-minute walk from the local village and a short drive to numerous beautiful beaches, Coolbrook Cottage is perfectly situated for a relaxing summer getaway. Additionally, the vibrant town of Wexford is only a 20-minute drive away, providing easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The house is accessed through the back door, which opens into a fully fitted kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a large dining table. Double doors lead out to a south-east-facing yard, perfect for outdoor dining when the weather permits.
