« This is listed as a four-star hotel on Google, but that is not the case. It is definitely 2 1/2 as listed on Expedia. They did not have reliable Wi-Fi or any of the basic channels to watch sports. Based on other reviews it had recently changed ownership. They need to up their game or the poor reviews will start pouring in. »

Shower would not turn off all the way, AC did not cool room down, hot tub was not filled and blocked off, exterior door to hallway did not shut properly, the exterior stairs had garbage and cigarette butts on landing. The rooms the I80 traffic is very loud. When I mentioned shower and AC problems to front desk I was told they were aware of the problems but owner does not want to fix anything. »

« The bar was very well stocked and had anything one would want. I was disappointed that this time on Taco Tuesday, they were unable to make me a vegetarian taco like they did last time. I went looking forward to it, and went without dinner. :-/ Luckily, I brought a few snacks. The scones and frittata at breakfast were very nice! Parking is hit or miss. « Help! As we drove into the property, we passed units with tarps on the roof. There was no water in the pool. The pool was an important feature when choosing this dump. We waited over a half hour at the desk trying to check in. One employee tried to help, but was new to the computer system. The other understood the computer but was unfriendly. Another guest came in to report the air conditioning in her room didn’t work. She was told (in a rude manner) they would get maintenance to look at it. No...
