It's exactly what I expected from this 3 star hotel. The room was small but clean and the location about 20 min by tram #8 from the main train station in Basel. The breakfast was good and plenty of options.

Great location for one night stop. Plenty of restaurants and a shopping centre next door. Rooms were clean, roomy enough, and service was fine.

Fantastic hotel on the Swiss boarder
Very helpful staff clean room. Didn't have breakfast as thought was very expensive for what you got. This is a good base for Switzerland as lot cheaper than staying in the centre of basel that's only 15 mins away by tram.

This hotel has a nice modern feel. You can check in with the kiosk and there are no key cards for the rooms. You just need a code to unlock the room. There is an underground parking garage, but it is small with maybe 10 spaces. There is also a large parking garage across the street at the Rhein Center. The rooms are small but beds are comfy. The listing said there was no elevator but thankfully there is an elevator. It is pet friendly with some grass outside the building. The hotel is across the street from a tram stop into the center of Basel and to the Basel train station. We used the tram the entire time we were here since it’s so convenient.

Great place for an overnight stay
Excellent new hotel, perfect for overnight stay, right next to a shopping mall, convenient for grabbing a quick bite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the very limited parking space (more than 90 rooms with only about 12-15 parking spaces), so if you are not one of the super lucky ones to arrive early, you'll have to leave the car on the street. Maybe the hotel has already looked into this, but one option could be to have a deal with the shopping mall and allow overnight car parking there, would be really appreciated

Great hotel for transit travels
Fine hotel for not more than 1 night when traveling to Switzerland or Italy from the North. No staff at reception at late evening and night, but check-in machine worked fine for us. Beds were OK, pillows were way to thin for my taste. Didn't had breakfast at the hotel but the set up looked nice. Price around 80 euro a night seems fair for what you get

Ottima posizione centrale, buffet per la colazione molto vario e ben fornito. Personale gentile e preparato. Qualche miglioria per quanto concerne la pulizia delle camere, nulla di grave ma un po’ di polvere sulle superfici. Particolare il tocco vintage nella sala comune e la zona bar! Perfetto per visitare il centro della città, il costo giornaliero del posteggio è di 25,00€ per 24 ore di sosta. Tornerei volentieri se dovessi visitare la città in futuro.
