"Our stay was great! The beds were comfortable, but I’ll be honest, the pillows could have been better. The cotton inside the pillows were balled up. The shower had great pressure, so that’s awesome! The customer service is top tier. We had an issue with the guest upstairs.. kept us up until 4am with back and forth walking.. and they were able to move us to another room. I would definitely stay here again. It’s in a great location and close to everything. Highly recommend! "

"Excellent location for Mount Shasta area exploration. Close to very good restaurants. Staff service was great. The view of the mountain (we reserved mountain view room) was spectacular and worth the little premium room fee. I will come back to this hotel."
