One of four LAKEFRONT villas boasting breath taking views of Lake Wedowee with year round water and dock access as well as a shared fire pit so you can make new friends and lasting memories. Bring the whole family for fishing, swimming, bird watching, and much more!

Lakefront Villa 1 has three bedrooms, 3 full bathroom, 8 beds, and comfortably sleeps 10. The recently renovated and updated Villa has a fully equipped kitchen and wet bar, as well as a dining room with lake views and outdoor entertaining and eating space. The Master bedroom boasts a private sitting area with lake views.

Quick getaway
Very nice property, and conveniently located to everything Wedowee has to offer. It was the first time putting our boat in the water this year, and only .2 miles from boat launch plus the property has a very nice dock we were able to tie up to. The property manager was very nice, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.
