"This Hotel was excellent !! The staff was very helpful and I can’t say enough about the accommodations The room was high tech with most things controlled by an iPad. The high tech ToTo toilet with a bidet blew me away !! Outside of a problem with room keys I can’t think of anything negative. I plan to go back next year. "

"We just returned from our mini-trip with our 7-yr old cat. It was a wonderful room. slight issues with Remove, blow dryer and toilet but resolved immediately! Didn't care for the food selection at breakfast Perfect location for walking to the Leola Park and restaurants. Would stay there again in the future"

"I stayed here with a friend for 6 nights, the beds were comfortable, there was AC and good amenities in the room. Unfortunately house keeping did not come to our room for all 6 days. I even asked an employee if we could have housekeeping sent up on one of the designated housekeeping days. She said no and did not provide reasoning as to why. I recall one time before 10 AM there was a knock for housekeeping and we were still asleep as we were vacationing. We never once put out the do not disturb sign on the handle of the outside of the door to prompt the room to be cleaned. Other than this the staff was very kind and helpful. "

"I overall thought it was a decent place to stay.... But... One night they catered a party of some kind and had music blasting that kept us awake on the 4th floor all the way till 12:30 at night. That was ridiculous. The staff should have shut it down at 10pm at the most. The second thing was the towels. They said they had a full house and ran out of towels. We requested them for 2 days and they kept saying they would bring some up right away and never did. Lastly, yes it's an older property. Not bashing them for that but there were so many things that were barely hanging in. It was questionable if our door lock mechanism would keep someone out. Other than that the staff was friendly and the sit down breakfast thing was a nice touch. "

"The general property inside is recently renovated and is appealing to the eye. However, we had small little blank ants in the room - any sweet food needed to be kept in the fridge. Each day of our stay, they would cancel my room card - if I'm staying 3 nights, keep it active for that long! The other problem was the elevator. It looked ancient! It made strange noises to the point where I couldn't trust it anymore and used the stairs. One bright note is the food trucks outside - great food!"
