Main level Master Suite includes a sitting area that flows to the spa like Master Bath & opens to the 14x11 Designer Closet, ect....

The home was what we expected, and more! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 kids. Lots of space inside to spread out. The backyard was lovely -- kids and adults enjoyed the pool area. Plenty of seating. Lots of amenities were in the home when we arrived; lots of towels -- both for the pool area and bathroom. Very welcoming home away from home. The host, Sindy, was exceptional. I had lots of questions, this being my first time renting a home. Sindy was always quick getting back to me. We all had a great time!

#### A Perfect Property!

This clean and well-kept home was the perfect spot for our church staff retreat! Multiple bedrooms gave us great sleeping options, and the multiple living spaces provided superior flexibility for our team to meet together or split up. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with quality cooking utensils. It rained during our whole stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the patio/pool/spa, but they looked beautiful from the inside looking out! I'll guess we'll just have to re-book for another time to come try them out! ;)

Stayed for two nights. The property was clean and as described, However the upstairs air conditioner quit working on the second night. My kids had to leave early because of the upstairs temps. We were offered a free night for a future stay but I was there specifically for a wedding and this will not be an option.

We had a great time as a family staying at this property! It was a perfect location for us to stay to prepare for our daughter’s wedding at the Lazy S Hacienda in Weatherford. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 14\. The back yard was a beautiful respite after the wedding, where we were able to relax and swim and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommended this property if you are looking for a place in the Weatherford area!

#### Wedding stay

Our family of 9 adults and 4 children recently stayed at this lovely spacious property. One of our daughter's Wedding was at the Springs in Weatherford and this was an ideal location. We were delighted to discover pool toys, trampoline, pack and play, stroller and baby tub that was an added plus for our four grandchildren 4 and under. Others have noted that the room with two beds has no door. We were able to make adjustments on sleeping arrangements to accomodate this. The toy kitchen, dollhouse and toys were an added bonus for our family! All beds were very comfortable and kitchen stocked with usual items. There is some wear on some of the cupboard door hinges in the laundry room and Master bedroom TV is in need of repair. Communication was prompt with an air condition repair and adjustments for our first night stay.

The listing should clearly show the unique requirements prior, that they post AFTER you arrive. Not flushing toilet paper and instead asking you to collect and put in trash is pretty extreme and should be noted beforehand. When I arrived they had turned the heat off so the house was 48 degrees and I was unable to bring family in till it finally warmed up the following day. As others have stated master bedroom and others do not have doors. Questions were evasive on the hot tub and it clearly had been off a while, but communication was superb on other issues. Hot tub froze anyway so it was a mute point. Over all the house was nice but I would not stay again knowing what I know now.

#### Spacious and clean wedding gathering place for family.

We had an excellent time in the beautiful, clean and spacious home. The location was accessible to all the area has to offer. It was a perfect place for family during my son's wedding. They especially enjoyed the patio and outdoor area, with large patio tables, lot of chairs and beautiful views of the magnificent pool. The kitchen is well equipped with necessary appliances, large refrigerator and large cabinets for storage of items if cooking during the visit. I would bring an extra blanket for older guests that may be chilly during the evening. Luxury bedding made a comfortable nights rest. There is an unusual restroom waste disposal requirement that caused some embarrassing moments especially to my aging parents, but there may have been an area septic issue. Excellent experience regarding room, cleanliness and communication with a 5-star host. I highly recommend this property and would rent again in the future.
