« Great place to get away from everything, do not expect to have everything at your fingertips. Its the way it is for a reason , a get away from life and a bit of just normalcy. I personally think the sulfur smell from the well water is overexaggerated. It honestly was not bad. We carried a couple packs of water even though Ryan told us he would have some. « We enjoyed our stay. They provided a dog tie out so I could have her eat outside. We appreciated that they repaired the internet quickly after a storm. Comfortable bed. Nicely outfitted kitchen, but did miss a dishwasher. »

« Perfect little spot for a stopover for a night or two if you have a long drive up or down 95. My wife and I stayed there with our puppy. 2 miles to 95 and everything was walkable. Friendly neighborhood and very close to the water. Bungalow was very clean and had what you needed for a short stay. A great alternative to getting a hotel. »

« Needed a last minute place to stay that had a large kitchen for a local wedding I was catering. I could not have asked for better! This place was amazing and beautiful!! We certainly plan to book again for pleasure and not work so we can fully enjoy all this place has to offer. I will say there was nothing like waking up with that sunrise over the water, stunning!! »

« We had the entire 81-acre property to ourselves (we didn't realize it was deer fly season LOL) and enjoyed ourselves. We stayed in the Rum Runner's Cabin which was immaculately clean throughout, had nice towels and linens, it was a few steps from the boardwalk to Knox Creek Dock and has an interesting history. "Perfect for lots of reason, but for us the main thing is about the room. It is very clean, and finally someone understands that carpet in a hotel room is so disgusting, since it cannot be washed. So here, no carpet in this brand new hotel. The breakfast are very decent It’s close from the 95 Enough restaurants on each side of the 95, or “downtown” a pizzeria at about 12-15 minutes. Nice impressive bridge on the way to the very small “downtown”"
