The place was great for what we were looking for - stayed for 2 nights for a wedding at bay point inn. I liked how it came with a paddle boat. I wish it had a full length mirror - it was hard for all of us to get ready for the wedding with only a small bathroom mirror. We went to a weekend wedding at the Bay Pointe Inn and this was perfect for the family and our two dogs to stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the activities at the resort, but they looked like it would be perfect for a family. The host live next door and asked several times if there was anything they could do for us. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay! ##### perry r. A couple of issues but were addressed very friendly and promptly. The pictures of the inside of the cottage didn't show that the rooms are open at the top of the room, so if there is a light on it also brightens the room next to it. It comfortably fit 4 adults, a young toddler, and a big dog! This cute little cottage has all the comforts of home. Cozy couches, 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen with a full size fridge and stove, toaster, tea kettle, microwave and all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you could need! We were able to grocery shop and enjoy home cooked meals together at the dining table inside OR outside at the picnic table on the deck. The good size propane grill on the deck was such a bonus for BBQing! Our little grandson was able to cruise around the whole living/dining room area in his walker no problem! The bathroom is quaint, but we sure had nice hot showers and the 2 heater units in the cottage kept us all so comfy on those chilly October nights. It was a super short stroll down the walking path to the dock and a beautiful lake. We had free access to the paddle boat every day and it was awesome! So peaceful out there! Our grandson was able to play in the sand in the volleyball area by the dock, too! He could have spent our whole vacation there! We would walk as a family all around the complex of cottages and we enjoyed making s'mores as we sat around the fire pit in the evenings. We made so many fun memories there and we'd choose this place over a cramped hotel room ANY DAY! What excellent hosts! ##### Leland D.
