Watermen's Cabana 3C is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.

Cabana 3C features one king bed, one queen bed, two twins, a full kitchen. The living room features leather furniture, a smart TV and cable. The primary bedroom features a full bath with a bathtub shower combo. The second full bath has a bathtub shower combo. The dining area features a table with seating for six. The living area provides access to a deck with seating for two and a shared charcoal grill.

Watermen's Cabanas are just a short walk to REAL Watersports, Watermen's Bar and Grill or the beach with access to miles of wide-open, beautiful beaches. Cabana 3C is dog friendly (2 max) with a signed pet waiver and payment of the $175 pet fee.

Guests of Watermen's Cabanas get kite launching and landing access at REAL Watersports and 10% off at the REAL Watersports Rental Shop.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi internet access, a private outdoor shower, an in-property washer and dryer and base level secure gear storage. All Watermen's Retreat properties include bed linens, made beds upon arrival, bathroom towels, drip style coffee maker, coffee filters, salt & pepper, dishwasher soap tabs, dish soap, sponge and kitchen towels.

Waterman's Cabanas

We had a great stay at Waterman's Cabanas. The property was very nice, spacious and well appointed. Everyone at Waterman's was very helpful and welcoming. The beach was walkable, as was the the Real Sports facility where we were able to use the pier. Our son had a great surf lesson and we enjoyed using the pier for our SUP. We highly recommend this property!

First Stay in Waves

We had a great time at Watermen's last week. The staff is very helpful and genuinely friendly - they even accommodated my towel request when I'd overlooked the washer / dryer! As others have commented, the trailers directly behind the cabanas devalue the property itself. The overall feel is more like a park cabin / campground, than condo neighborhood. But our cabana was well appointed, clean and comfortable for the four of us. The shower off of the carport is really convenient after a day at the beach. Watch out for the thorny seeds in the grass - no walking barefoot, and our dog got them in his paws every other time he went outside. Waves itself is metaphorically and physically midway between Nags Head and Hatteras. It seems mostly touristy, but it is not as crowded as areas North. It was good for us as we had activities planned in Frisco as well as Kill Devil Hills. It would be ideal for groups planning water sports in the area. The kite launch is really nice, and the waves by Rodanthe pier are great for surfing.

Spring Break vacation was AMAZING!!!

My boyfriend’s son had kiteboarding lessons for three days. We made it a vacation. We had such a good time. The cabana was so nice and just the right size for all of us. The staff was nice and very accommodating. We will be coming back to stay again in the future 😁.

Great stay on outer banks!

We had a wonderful time at Waterman’s retreat. The location was great, close to the beach and easily accessible. The space was well kept and a perfect getaway. The staff was super responsive and able to help us with anything, and also communicated very well. We would come again!

Wonderful place to stay

This was our FIRST family only vacation to OBX! It was a wonderful beautiful week of sun, fun, and relaxation! The cabana was so nice and in a great location! Everyone we met there were so awesome and hospitable! Thank you Watermens!!

Close to beach and dogs allowed.

Smooth checkin overall--however, there was a one-hour difference between the advertised check in/out and the one provided by the Waterman Resort Property Management. The location is close to the beach, and there are kitchen and food preparation facilities. There were a few surprises, for example, no additional toilet paper aside from the single rolls in the two bathrooms upon arrival. There is a washing machine and dryer--it is a perfectly good homesite, but not alot available around there unless you are willing to pay $350.00 for a 2-hour surfing lesson. Bring your fishing equipment.

Great except for neighborhood!

We were a family of six adults. The property was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen. But . . . there is only one sofa and small round table w/four stools in living/dining area. Too small for six persons. Trees are front view, but back view is a trailer park and some kind of large stone grinder. A nice ten-minute hike to the beach. Brandon, the property manager, couldn't have been more helpful!

Clean, modern, and comfortable!

This property worked well for us. We had 4 adults, a toddler, and a small dog stay here and it fit us well. We didn't spend much of our days in the home, as we were our fishing most of the day. Walk to the beach is not direct but you can quickly get there by cutting through someone's yard, or take the longer way around (about 10-15 min walk). Closest grocery store is about 20 minutes south but there are small convenience stores nearby. Most restaurants are about 10-20 min drive as well. Beds were comfortable. LOVED the outdoor shower! There was also an outdoor hose where I could wash down my dog before entering the house. Check in staff couldn't have been more friendly! Overall, great experience. I would definitely recommend!

Rodanthe REAL cabanas

Property was very clean inside and out. Great outside shower. Parking was good. Walking to beach not far or you can drive one street over and park. Super easy to get to beach for relaxing or sound for water sports! Beach was not crowded. Nice restaurant across the street and several coffee shops and ice cream shops close by.

Great Relaxing Get Away

Great Location- Perfect Stay!

We had a great 3 day stay- small but cozy! Family of 4 - 2 teenage boys!! Kitchen well equipped everything you needed. Jason and his team were very attentive and easy going. We’ll be back for sure.
