Downtown Studio great for a weekend getaway or longer work stay!

Welcome to Studio C, a cozy 320 sqft. downtown studio apartment that has been completely remodeled to compliment the charm of our downtown area with exposed brick and all new appliances! While Studio C is small, it has the essentials and luxuries needed to make your stay comfortable! Weekly and monthly discounts are available!
PLEASE NOTE: Studio C is accessible by climbing a set of 20 stairs that may be a little steep for some and there is a handrail, however, if you have any issues with mobility, this studio is probably not a good fit. We do not own or have any control over the stairway and it is shared by other tenants within the apartment complex.

*Centrally located in the heart of Waverly and conveniently within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and bike trail. The Cedar Falls UNI-Dome is just 20 miles away or Lost Island Theme and Waterparks are also a short drive at 20 miles away.

*Studio C is completely renovated, making absolutely everything in the apartment from the floors and electric to the decor and appliances all brand new.

*Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, silverware, dishes, etc. including a dishwasher and a counter height table for two.

*California King bed with a Zinus 12 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress

*Elegant walk-in tile shower

*Electric wall mounted fireplace

*58” ROKU TV

*Recliner for comfortable seating

*Writing desk and ottoman

*View and sounds of the dam from across the road

*Paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, bath towels and toilet paper are provided but please bring your own toiletries.


Studio C POLICIES:
-No smoking/vaping and any signs indicating smoking/vaping inside the apartment or inside the building will result in a $150 fee.
-No pets
-No parties
-No tampering with the wifi, locks or camera as this will result in the immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

PLEASE NOTE:
***Studio C is accessible by climbing a set of 20 stairs that may be a little steep for some. The stairs are shared by other tenants within the apartment complex.

**We have one exterior camera in the hallway that records once motion or audio is detected in the hallway.

Great stay!

A great little spot to stay while we were in town! They thought of all the details to make the stay comfortable and the space was beautiful and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again if we end up in Waverly, IA again!

This property in my opinion was a great place to stay in Waverly! The apartment itself was all newly remodeled. The use of the small space was clearly well thought out. The decor was perfect and the unique little treats left for us from shops on the same street made the stay extra special. The only negative thing I could even say about the stay is the stairwell & hallway are pretty sketchy. With that being said, all you have to do is read the owners description and you are given a heads up on that, which I appreciate. It’s not a reason not to stay there (unless you can’t do a few steep steps). Overall, a great place!

Short but enjoyable stay

Was visiting my son who is attending Wartburg. Was only there for a very short stay but decided to stay here rather than book a hotel. And I am definitely happy with my choice! The place was great and in a great location. They had everything I needed and really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend and I look forward to staying again.

Great little studio in downtown Waverly

This is a great little studio right in the heart of downtown Waverly. The studio has everything needed for a short or slightly longer stay. Great location to enjoy all the small shops, yet convenient to everything in Waverly including Wartburg College. This is the second time staying with this host. Tim is very communicative and great to work with. We have and will stay again when we are in the area.

This studio apartment worked well for my daughter and me so that we could attend Wartburg homecoming. The detour since the bridge is being rebuilt was somewhat inconvenient but a pretty drive in the fall.

Comfortable studio, great communication

Great studio properly in downtown Waverly. Communication with owner was great, he was very responsive and happy to help. Studio was clean, comfortable and a great place to stay for a couple weeks.

Perfect location—and super cute!

Hosts were fantastic, responsive. They even went the extra mile to supply an air mattress when I learned a few days prior that my daughter would be joining us.
