« Beds were full of stains, bed bugs, grass pressed in between the sheet and blankets. We never took our bags off the cart, got our money back immediately. The front desk person never even apologized or anything, they just said "we'll give you your money back" that was it, no sorry for your inconvenience, no nothing. There was a strange odor in the building, don't know what it was. Terrible experience, and we got out of there as quickly as we could. »

« This is mostly positive with a few things to say that weren't up to par. We stayed 2 nights in the king-suite with a whilrpool tub. The staff was very friendly and kind. They do serve breaksats as well. The pool was big indoors however it was cloudy. Too much chemical or something in the pool. The hit tub worked but jets didnt. Our room was clean ans fine. The water pressure on the whilpool wasnt good. Took 50 minutes to fill up ans use. The shower had good water pressure but it drained slowly....
