The directions are also unclear, even if you use googlemaps. The property is new and in great condition. However, there are things that could be better, especially the food. "Nice hotel but be aware there is an MASSIVE 300 metre hill that is very very steep to get to the entrance. Do not go here if you are old, have bad knees or are not very physically fit. On top of this, there are 8 floors and no lift, so many many stairs. This is the only issue we had, other than that a great place to say and dead central in ella."

"Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t have time to try. Overall fully recommend."
