Room was in good shape. Hotel is being refurbished. Staff was very professional and very friendly. Noise from the highway can be loud at times, try to stay on the other side of the building.

The hotel room 319 smelt like there was mice in it and they used cab fresh to get rid of the smell and mice. The toilet broke also and we called to get it fixed and by the next day it was still not fixed but we eventually got a new room that didn’t smell bad and also had a working toilet

Perfect for what I needed
The Hotel was perfect for what I needed. The room had everything, including cooking facilities and a full size refrigerator. The price was one of the lowest in the area.

Staff was friendly, has a kitchen, clean room, a few minor problems nothing major. They only clean once every 14 days so it's like you're living in an apartment but that didn't bother me.

They adverized a kitchen but had no supplies, dishes ,silverware etc. Had trouble getting tv to work but staff was helpful in getting it going. Had to unplug it to turn it off. Based on other places we have stayed it was not worth the price.

Very creepy, at 8:12 am my door opened, fortunately my latch had the door locked. Doesn’t that seem early for room service to be cleaning the room? The front desk said they wanted to see if I was still there... Very odd to me.

Staff seemed very unhappy. Bed was absolutely uncomfortable and the only options for the entire hotel were a full size bed which is never a good idea especially for a couple or family.

Shabby building. Obviously built hastily with inexpensive materials. The desk attendant spent a lot of time outside smoking with other guest, clearly regular renters. She was not rude but not overly accommodating.

I don’t like that fact they try to run “background check” to every person entering hotel on the sexual offender. This type of info should be released to consumer before booking. Cancelled booking and would not allow hotel my family’s personal info.
