He made us feel like friends, and told us he was happy to help in any way. A great employee!!!! All the staff was friendly and caring. Made our stay enjoyable."

"We had a great stay while visiting our Fort Drum soldier. This hotel is very close to our son's home which was super convenient. They had a good breakfast with waffles, eggs and sausage. Also, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee. It was plenty for a good breakfast! They changed out our towels each day without having to ask. No complaints! "
