Great location with convenient access to attractions on and around Seneca, Cayuga, and Keuka Lakes. Check-in was very simple. Nice, roomy dog walking area at rear of the property if traveling with a dog. Inside was even nicer than the pictures. Very clean and nicely appointed. Downstairs half bath was a nice convenience. Mini splits kept each of the rooms at a comfortable temperature. Would definitely consider staying again the next time we are in the Finger Lakes region. ##### Fido N. I had some difficulties with managing the split unit for heat (silly me) and Dennis responded immediately and even stopped by to show me how to work it properly.
