Ok here’s the thing. Is this the best/worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in? No. I just needed an affordable, clean, and safe place to spend the night and this fit the bill. The pillows were hard as bricks is probably the only complaint I had.

The property is old and due for renovation. It was very clean. Staff were very personable and helpful. Offered breakfast. Had a small gym. It was close to wineries and within 30 miles of major waterfalls. Free parking. I would stay there again and look forward to the renovations.

Came up to Seneca Falls for a quick stay and this was perfect! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet. The A/C worked beautifully and kept the room nice and chilly. Parking was also a breeze, which is so nice for a quick stay!

This Morning crotel is located perfectly for what we were looking for. It is very near Saunders Store where we look forward to getting some baked goods. Also close to mall for shipping and casinos for fun and shows!

Reasonably priced for a place to stay. I was in town for work and stayed a week. Tv was a little outdated and not much for coffee or breakfast but for the price what do you expect. Staff was friendly and no complaints

We just needed a place to lay our heads for a concert. I booked all the rooms for 3 couple. The person at the front desk did not fully understand that I was only paying for my room and charged my card for 2 of the rooms. That messed with my money situation a bit for the weekend. The rest of the stay was good. Another employee recommended a really good local restaurant.

We had a double bed room. Very small. No microwave or refrigerator. Did have a small coffee pot. The bathroom was a good size but there was absolutely no where to put anything as there was no vanity. We took the ironing board and set it up in the bathroom to set our stuff. The breakfast was very limited. But the room and hotel itself was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Web site states Contenental breakfast included however only coffee or tea was provided. Room was quiet and clean, parking lot safe. Grocery store across the street, Duncan donut 2 min drive as is Connies Diner a local must !

While the staff was very helpful and thing were clean, one of the queen beds had a poor mattress with a groove from a single sleeper on one side. They do not have either a refrigerator or a microwave in their rooms and no chair with ottoman.
