Great spot!
I came up to Waterbury for a weekend of skiing at Stowe with my teenage daughter. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and convenient to the mountain (~ 30 minute drive). Bruce met us upon arrival with freshly baked lemon bread from his wife. I highly recommend this property!

Great place!
Great place with responsive hosts. Perfect location to ski at Stowe and Sugarbush. Only downside was the place didn’t have a hot tub as advertised. However, the host did refund me given the error and the listing was corrected for the future.

Perfect guest house
The guest house was perfect very clean and a great location. Bruce and sandy are first class hosts. They went above and beyond and made our visit in Vermont a great experience. Hope to come back one day.

So the pictures online are almost false advertising. This place is so much better than the pictures look. The hosts welcomed me with a light snack that was perfect after a long flight. It was quiet and beautiful. Would definitely come back.

Lovely stay in Vermont
This was the perfect home base for our fall adventures in Vermont. It’s a great location close to Route 100 and had everything we needed for a month long stay while we worked remotely. The hosts Bruce & Sandy were very welcoming, kind and happy to share local tips.

Peaceful site, welcoming hosts, comfortable accommodations, proximity to highways, stores, restos.
As advertised, we had views of open fields and mountains, with even some atmospheric fog in the early mornings. We enjoyed having an opportunity to chat with our hosts, the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, and the surroundings were very peaceful, with hardly a neighbor in sight. We could not have asked for more. and would be pleased to stay here again.

Very Relaxing
Very quiet and peaceful setting away from everyone and everything, and yet so close to all the major routes. Bruce & Sandy made sure we were supplied with coffee, and Sandy even made us a loaf of Zucchini Bread to complete the "homey" feel. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for that home away from home experienc.

Cozy space!
My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away, it was the perfect space for us and convenient to a lot of attractions/restaurants. Communication was great and the space was very clean and well-appointed. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Location!
Bruce and Sandy were wonderful hosts! Their place was well stocked and spacious, and they were friendly and welcoming. I felt right as home, and had a great time exploring their beautiful neighborhood. The views from the house were fantastic, and they even made me muffins for breakfast! 10/10, I would absolutely visit again

A Great Place To Stay!
Clean, well cared for property. Bruce is easy to talk to, and helpful throughout. It was 90+ degrees and humid, but the place stays cool, just like Bruce said it would, and that was worth a lot in that heat!

My wife and I visited the area in May and our stay was the perfect homebase. The location felt relaxing in a quiet area but was still close to downtown and major highways for our trips to Burlington and Stowe. Communication was also excellent, highly recommended

Perfect stay
I recently spent a month at Bruce and Sandy's property in Vermont. They were perfect hosts, warm, friendly, inviting and responsive, and the unit is great. It was more than enough space for just me for a month, and could also accommodate more people. Everything was clean and in great shape, and Waterbury is very centrally located for skiing, sightseeing, etc. Great stay!

The rental is in a nice, quiet area, with gorgeous views and very peaceful. If feels like home, cozy and clean. We enjoyed sitting in the swing outside, listen to the birds and enjoyed the clean, pine scented air. The owners are very nice and thoughtful. We will definitely return.

Great Things Come in Small Packages
We loved this cozy little apartment and its beautiful, peaceful setting! The bathroom is very big with lots of fluffy towels and a nice heater. Comfortable beds and living area and the kitchen, though small, was well thought out and had everything we needed. Bruce and Sandy are very hospitable and interested in making your stay pleasant. We were welcomed with fresh baked banana bread and they provided an assortment of K Cups and a carton of half and half for our morning coffee. Bruce helped with our luggage and put out the porch swing below the deck, which I really enjoyed. We had a really great stay and loved being so close to many great attractions but off the beaten path to recharge at the end of the day.

This was a lovely and comfortable place to stay, with very gracious hosts Bruce and Sandy living above and accessible for any questions or needs. The location is quiet and relaxing, but easily accessible to NW Vermont's many wonderful activities. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, kitchen well-equipped and adequate. Hosts provided coffee for the Keurig and home-baked cookies to welcome us!

Very happy with the experience
The apartment was perfect for my wife and I. It's a very short drive to Waterbury 's great food and craft beer downtown. Free concerts every thursday with good street food. Bruce and Sandy have put a lot of effort into the very clean and well appointed apartment. They were there if we needed anything without intruding at all. We were mountain biking and this is a great central point for easy access to a large variety of trail systems. We plan on checking this apartment out next time we visit.
