The location was great seems like everything is about 15 minutes away. The house could use some most kitchen small appliances like a blender, hand mixer things like that. Property had terrible beds, with mattresses 10-15 years old that are incredibly worn to the point they are sagging. Carpet has many stains. Very minimal extras in the kitchen as well. Such a friendly inviting atmosphere.... Note sarcasm. Thermostat is UPSTAIRS so either the second story is freezing and first is comfy, or vice versa. Really silly design but liveableThe issue the "Host". Beyond terrible communication, but worst of all he tried to scam me out of my deposit. Had to get VRBO involved, and still he continued to ignore me, lie and delay, saying it was already paid (a lie) then that is was merely a "Hold" (a lie). I eventually got my 250 back thanks to VRBO but it was a major hassle and getting lied to for no reason other than greed is so stupid.
