The place was a great location and very close to the metro. There was a slight delay in communication in regards to the check in process, but after that communication was great. The sink still had food all over it, the floors hadn't been swept or mopped in I don't know how long, appliances were greasy and dirty, the whole place was dusty with dog hair. It was so gross that we didn't end up staying and had to reserve a hotel instead. Communication with the owner was terrible, I'm out my money. They agreed to reimburse 10% of the cleaning fee.
