The positives: price was right. Room was clean. Tv had a sleep timer, lots of parking, breakfast, next door to ihop
The negatives: bed was rock hard. Bathroom and toilet were tiny. Could hear noises in neighboring rooms and people hanging around outside their rooms. Fortunately they all went to bed when I did. Pool was closed. Check-in was painful. The kid at the counter did his best but had to reboot the computer in between check ins. I was #3 in line and took 25 minutes to get my key.
The hotel had roaches and is very dirty also the staff was rude and not helpful

Location was not the best. If planning to go to Washington DC wake up early as it's a distance. Property needs updating. The AC was not cooling. Beds are low quality. I wouldn't book this location again.

Clean, quiet area during my one night stay. Room had all the amenities, front desk person did her job but no welcoming appearance. Breakfast starts too early 6 am to 9 am and missed breakfast 5 minutes after 9 am with no exceptions. Should end at 10 am for those that need to sleep in from late traveling.

The bathroom was full of hair. There were burn marks all over the bedspreads. If we didn’t arrive so late we would have gone somewhere else. The room was less than clean.

The room was smelled clean, bed was comfortable, had enough towels for 2 day stay. Parking was easy, plenty, and next to rooms. Only issue was the television wasn't working and not fixed although i notified office staff.

It was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. My girlfriend and I went for a two day trip and got stuck with a smoking room ever after i asked for a non-smoking. The bathroom door was broke, and the room was filthy when we got there. If you want to go to the area definitely find another place to stay.

Stayed here in an emergency situation and would only do it because I was traveling alone. I would not spend any time here with family. The hotel and even the room were not clean, the bathtub easily clogged with every shower. The "continental breakfast" is just a waffle maker and some cereal.
