Multiple phone calls to the number listed at the unoccupied desk in the hall resulted in no response. The location is great but make sure you are a sound sleeper. We realize there are subways in DC but the above ground train line is literally two blocks away. Sounded weird so I contact VRBO who said that was unusual. Then when I checked in they again wanted to take a picture of my card to email or text to the home office.
