The Space:
This light-filled, expansive space is located on the garden level (lower level) in a beautiful 2 unit rowhome and provides all of the comforts and luxuries desired during your stay in the city. When you’re not exploring monuments or marveling at the District’s attractions, you’ll find this retreat offers everything you could possibly want to enjoy your time spent indoors. Within these walls, you’ll find a perfect balance of stylish, upscale design and modern amenities. With a neighborhood Walk Score of 93, you’ll have local hotspots and anything you could need right at your fingertips!

BEDROOMS:
Our apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests total. In each bedroom, you’ll find a queen sized mattress, paired with plush pillows, luxury sheets and cloud-like comforters - all mindfully paired to offer the best night of sleep possible. A TV in 2 of the 3 bedrooms ensures that you’ll stay caught up on your favorite shows while on vacation. Ample closet space is available, allowing you to unpack your suitcase and stay awhile.
Need to catch up on work during your stay? The primary bedroom offers a spacious desk (right by a window to ensure that you’re well-lit during Zoom calls). Our high-speed internet promises that you can join your next team meeting without fear of any disruption.
All linens are provided and extra blankets are available for your use. Premium white noise machines and earplugs in each room promise peaceful rest for the duration of your stay.
BATHROOMS:
An ensuite bathroom is attached to the primary bedroom, offering a private shower/bathtub combination, toilet, sink and vanity space. The second full bathroom provides another shower/bathtub combination, toilet, sink and vanity space.
You’ll only need to bring your toothbrush - we provide the basics like toilet paper and towels, but you’ll also find amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap and makeup remover wipes. Leave your hair dryer at home… We have that too!
KITCHEN:
After long days of exploring the city, there will be no question that you've built up an appetite. Don’t fear - the fully-equipped kitchen offers updated, stainless steel appliances and everything you might need to prepare a well-deserved feast. Pots, pans, baking dishes and cooking utensils are provided. In case you have guests to impress, you’ll find wine and champagne glasses in the cabinets.
And what’s a luxury stay without a coffee bar? A Keurig coffee maker with your choice of pods is available to you, in addition to fresh ground coffee (both regular and decaf, of course) and a drip coffee machine. Prefer tea over coffee? There's a hot water kettle and an array of flavors to choose from.
Should you feel the need to do the dishes during your vacay, clean-up is a breeze with a dishwasher and cleaning products provided.
DINING SPACE:
Once you’ve created a delicious homemade meal or ordered in from one of DC’s famous restaurants, you’ll be able to share your delicacies at a dining table with room for six, allowing you to comfortably host everyone in one space for dinner.
LIVING ROOM:
Lounge out in this colorful, thoughtfully designed space offering enough room for everybody to relax. The city is so incredibly rich in history that turning off your brain after a long day of exploration and turning on a movie may sound enticing. The Smart TV gives you access to each of your favorite streaming platforms for a movie marathon.
Perhaps instead of turning on the television, you’d like to enjoy an old-fashioned family game night - we’ve got board games like Scrabble, Monopoly and a deck of cards to get the party started.
PARKING:
One parking space is available in our private driveway located at the rear of the home.
No car? No problem - Our central location means you’ll be a quick trip from some of DC’s most desirable spots. The closest metro station is a 10 minute, straight-shot walk away.
***PLEASE NOTE: This is a garden-level (lower level) apartment in a traditional rowhome where sound may travel from the above unit. Stairs are required to access this unit - we kindly ask that guests take this into consideration when booking.

We are a completely smoke-free property. A $1,000 minimum fee will be charged if there is any sign of smoking on the premises, or if smoking is suspected and/or evidence is found using disclosed exterior security cameras.

⚠️ NOISE MONITORING AND CAMERA DISCLOSURE
There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located inside and outside the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to loud and sustained volumes that may cause a disturbance. It does NOT record conversation or audio, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized events / parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
🤫 QUIET HOURS
10PM-8AM: You MUST keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 8am every day of the week. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500 and termination of the reservation with all remaining nights paid forfeited.
During quiet hours, the maximum allowable noise level is 60 dB outside and 75 dB inside.
At all hours, management reserves the right to determine whether guest activity is creating a disturbance to neighbors, tenants, or other guests. Sustained disturbances — whether or not they exceed numerical dB thresholds — shall constitute a violation of House Rules.
A reference for noise levels, measured in dB, is provided below for your awareness:
**50-60 dB - Normal conversation
**61-70 dB - Dinner party or loud TV
**71-80 dB - Party
**81-90 dB - Loud party
**91+ dB - Very loud party / amplified
