Welcome to Three Collective in Falls Church, VA! Perfect for stays of any length, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, spacious layouts, and vibrant community spaces designed to inspire and connect. Enjoy standout amenities like Prep & Proper’s demo kitchen, the Level Up game lounge with duckpin bowling, an indoor pet park, Sky Cinema theater, and creative studios. Stay active in the fitness center, or unwind in outdoor courtyards with fire pits and BBQ stations.  
 All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.  
  
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
