A great stay local to DuPont Circle. If you’re looking for a quaint place to stay while you explore or visit friends it doesn’t get much better for the price
This is a great hotel in a fun DC neighborhood for people on a budget. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable, and I had a recently updated bathroom. The room could have used a full length mirror. For the price, you can't get much better!
The hotel is surprisingly clean, we'll maintained and located in the nice area. Location is a plus, because many restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods, and Trades Joes are walking distance.

I was moved from one room to another. The first room had a lumpy carpet, no outside view, a half broken faucet and a half broken drawer. It's a safe spot, in a good location, and has helpful staff.

Good location , and very close to everything in downtown DC.
Room is smaller than it appears on the website.
No refrigerator in the room.
Most of the staff are well trained.

Great location. Very clean and truly friendly staff.
I had a very good experience. The location is very convenient, and transportation is easy. There is hot water and coffee available inside. It is convenient to get anywhere from here. There is also a ramen restaurant and a supermarket right outside, which makes everything very convenient.
Location was great. We parked through SPOTHERO which was helpful. Front desk was welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner in our room (304) was noisy. I would recommend The District Hotel. Look forward to staying again.
