The community is great with a location that can't be beat. Most of the units are rentals so there's a good flow of new folks every weekend, with the weekdays being very quiet. This unit has good space and a nice layout for families; however, it is in dire need of a deep cleaning. The carpets are very gross and the floors in general need a good cleaning, including under the furniture. The beds are comfortable enough and the furniture was in decent condition. The check-in and checkout process was very easy, and the place was so clean and comfortable! I can tell that whoever manages this property has gone to the great length to think about what they would want in a vacation rental. Even the fact that the couches were very comfortable and homie, so we had a lovely place to gather. I cooked almost every meal in the home, and had everything I needed! We also really loved the pool, pickleball courts, and walking path within close proximity. We will for sure stay again! ##### Bonnie L. Bedding was nice and comfortable. The location is near some fantastic MTB trails, close enough to shopping and a good spot for a day trip to Zion. The pool was so much fun for my teens and grandkids! The house was clean but could use some extra attention! Lots of carpet dirty spots a shampoo would go along way. Great communication with property managers. The place was nice and had everything we needed and the communications between them and me was great! The weather wasn't great when we came down so we couldn't use the bikes like we were hoping for. The proximity to Zion made a day trip totally worth the drive. The heated pool and lazy river were huge hits, as well as the two jacuzzi’s. The pickle ball courts were always busy, even at night and after a rain! But the kids didn’t mind waiting for a court….they loved the game even without fully knowing the rules! There were bikes for riding and a path for riding and walking. Lots of new construction….it seems a very popular area for outdoors! The only complaint was the pet hair left on the rugs and under the couches. Otherwise the condo was well furnished with plenty of beds for four adults and five kids. ##### irene c.
