Omni Shoreham Hotel
Rooms are outdated and not as clean as I expected. Bar service was slow. Refrigerator did not work. Hammocks in the garden were not unkept and touched the ground, could not enjoy them.

When I checked in this Crowne Plaza took an hour and a half to check me in because they don’t recognize Hotels.com standard room designation between 1 King size bed and 2 Queen size beds … instead of checking in at 10:30 pm, we checked in closer to midnight … unacceptable.
