Great Location
I did not expect any perishable food for us but there was milk, butter, bread, coffee, and creamer. Everything you would need the next morning. It felt like home away from home!

Wonderful property! Being a country boy from East Tennessee, my family and I were right at home in this farm house! It was a wonderful stay and we will be back next fall! We came up to see the Daniel play at the sights and sounds theater and this place was such a blessing to stay at! Highly recommend!

Adorable Farmhouse!! Great Host Family!
This farmhouse is so adorable! It is decorated in a way that reflects its time era and the house was spotlessly clean. The wraparound porch was so relaxing as we sat with our coffee in the early morning watching the horses next door graze in the pasture and the rolling hills all around the farmhouse made for stunning views! The host, Emerson, was very accomodating - even though we arrived a half hour early for check-in and VRBO defaulted my registration to 1 person instead of the 8 people I entered into the registration form. He was pleasant to talk to and quick to respond when I messaged him. Thank you, Emerson, for your hospitality!! We truly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying again in the future!!

From our inital check-in message to a quick text at 10 minutes after check-out to ask if I can come back to grab the Mother's Day cupcakes we left in the fridge, the owners were AMAZING!!! They set up thoughtful items like the breakfast items including creamer, to the first aid kit with candles in case of emergencies!! There were 9 of us and we were all very confortable and felt like home in the large rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a family style table in which we had coffee in the morning, or playing games late at night. Thank you again!!

Setting is picturesque, house was well maintained, coffee and tea and light snacks (even with freshly purchases half-and-half) were excellent touches. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is wonderful. Nice and clean, roomy and very comfortable. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling through or visiting Lancaster. This is the second stay in this house and it is so welcoming and the location is great, close to Lancaster but also on the outskirts in the country. They have done a great job making us feel welcome. We will stay there again

We loved our stay! The house was clean & nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious & there was plenty of room for my rambunctious children to play, plus my mom could have her own space. Emerson was also fantastic to work with. We definitely hope to stay here again!

The setting reminded me of my childhood days living in the country on the Eastern Shores of Maryland very laid back and quiet. Beautiful country side great sunrises and settings, Emerson is a wonderful host and maybe someday I can get back and spend some time on the farm. Thanks!!!

Beautiful old farmhouse. We loved sitting out on the porch and watching the animals at the farm next door. The large kitchen table was the perfect place to play board games. If you want the old farm house experience, this is the perfect location.

The stay was great. The home was very clean with plenty of space for the team we brought. Everyone enjoyed hanging out at the large kitchen table and spending time in the living room playing chess and board games. We really enjoyed the porch in the morning and evenings. The kitchen did get quite warm in the afternoon and could probably use it’s own ac unit. Over all a wonderful place and we would highly recommend it.

We loved the location and cleanliness. So relaxing enjoying the porch. My grandkids loved the lightening bugs we dont have them in florida. The farm scenery and horses grazing was beautiful. We brought a portable ramp for easier access for my husbands wheelchair and really enjoyed the spacious first floor for easy wheelchair movement. Thankyou so much. The kids loved the muffins.

We went to the area for a family graduation and this house seemed to be what we needed. The house was just perfect. All the updates well done. Great location pretty views not too far out. We loved sitting on porch and gathering in the kitchen. The house was clean and inviting. The beds and pillows so comfy. The communication with the owner was wonderful always answered my question quickly. Thank you for the breakfast was so nice to have in the morning. If we are ever in the area we will stay here again. I highly recommend this rental!!

Great Location for Families!
We were spending the long weekend with our nieces and nephews and their young children. This looked like the perfect house/location for our mini family reunion. We were not disappointed! The house was very clean and the perfect size for all of us. Plus we were very pleasantly surprised to see the many amenities they had available for small children (high chair, sippy cups, children's plates, cups, and utensils ). I only wish the yard was just a little bit bigger for the children to be able to run around and play, but once they learned the boundries they still had a great time and plenty of room to play. Beautiful old farmhouse, great location and setting, highly recommend!
